All orders require 2–3 days of processing from the date of purchase.
Processing refers only to preparing and packing your order — it does not include shipping time.
Processing takes place Monday to Saturday.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or official holidays in the UAE.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number.
Yarrow provides nationwide delivery across the UAE.
Local shipments typically take 1–3 business days after processing is complete.
Your estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
International delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or UAE national holidays.
For international shipping, we currently do not ship to the following countries:
Russia (armed conflict)
Palestine and Israel (security concerns)
Customs fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.
The amount you pay covers the product price + shipping, but does not include customs charges, duties, or taxes.
You may exchange or return products within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The perfume box has been opened,
The product has been used, damaged, or not in its original condition,
Any component of the original packaging is missing.
Please note:
Due to international regulations on perfumes and cosmetics, returns must be delivered in person to one of our UAE locations for inspection.
We do not accept shipped returns.

Opened, sprayed, used, or damaged items
Missing packaging (outer cellophane, box, labels, or accessories)
