Return Policy – Yarrow Perfume House

Thank you for shopping with Yarrow Perfume House. We take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and want you to feel completely confident in every purchase.
Please read our Return Policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Eligibility

Our return window lasts 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Free from damage or missing components

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact us before sending any product back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The fragrance bottle or box has been opened

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Any part of the packaging is missing

  • The product is not in its original condition

  • The return request was made after 14 days

  • The item is shipped back after 30 days from its delivery date

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 3 business days

  • Some banks or payment gateways (e.g., PayPal) may require additional time to post the refund

4. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing may take time)

5. Sale Items

Sale items are refundable, but only at the price paid, as stated on your invoice.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
Only refunds are available if the return meets all eligibility requirements.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return

  • Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you

If the order was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the order themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • These costs are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted

  • For items valued above AED 250, we recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
